America's Favorite Grill - Weber Charcoal
Grill

Why Grill?
By using a good outdoor grill, you can
make the most mundane ingredients sing with a layering of flavors
and aromas that can’t be replicated by indoor cooking. You can take a
simple boneless chicken breast and bolster its flavor a hundred different
ways on the grill by adding rubs, marinades,
low-calorie sauces, or introducing smoking woods. Everyone is
trying to eat healthy these days and grilling can be a great way to stay on track and loose weight. For a

Why Charcoal Grill?
Real grilling enthusiasts know
the best outdoor grills are charcoal grills for one simple fact...CHARCOAL ADDS FLAVOR! Gas
grills can never replace the natural smokey flavor that charcoal imparts to food. Any Food - beef, pork, fish,
shellfish, fruit ,vegetables, even pizza - tastes better when grilled. Pizza? Yes! Don't laugh until you try
it. It's really amazing what the open flame does to a flour based dough. It creates a "nutty" smokey crust that is
unparalleled.
For added function, make sure to use a
kettle grill also known as a bowl grill like the Weber One-Touch. If you need a portable grill, look at the Smokey
Joe. The round bottom in these models allows for a better transference of heat to your food, maximizing the
burn of you charcoal which allows yo u to use less than a square model.
Natural gas grills on the other hand, clearly impart a "propane" type
taste to the food. I wish their was a better explanation for the poor taste, but it's nearly indescribable
except to say it's BAD!
I clearly prefer the charcoal grill and a big fan of the Weber Kettle grill or Weber
Performer grill, but what ever your choice, even if it's a gas grill, you will find this site helpful for recipes,
tips, and tricks.
